Enjoy a day on the farm, discovering and learning about some of the fare that nature’s larder has to offer us.

An introduction to the culinary, nutritional and medicinal benefits of some of our commonly found wild plants that are often overlooked or even considered as pesky weeds.

I aim to provide you with a relaxing and informative day gaining a renewed appreciation of some of the plants we find and their potential value to us in our daily lives.

A guide through their preparation for inclusion in our diet and an overview of their nutritional merits and how they are believed to support the body, both inside and out.

Refreshments will be available throughout the day and a light lunch will be provided, which will include a little of something that we have gathered that morning.

We will begin at 10.00am and run until approximately 3.00pm.

You will need to wear practical clothing and footwear, suitable for walking about the farm and for whatever the weather will be doing on the day.
